In 2001 Bueno Netto noticed a trend towards increasing the value of the region around Brigadeiro Luiz Antônio Ave. Some of the projects underway at the time, such as the Unique Hotel and the Panamericana College, made it clear that the area would become a new business corridor in São Paulo.
Bueno Netto soon conceived and proposed a feasible construction named Project Brigadeiro I. In a 1,630 m² area, a bold project by Sergio Assumpção quickly sparked market interest and advertising agency DM9DDB didn't pass up the opportunity to lease the site to receive its new headquarters.
With 8.415,11 m² of built up area, 3 duplex floors and a 25m high imposing atrium, it was build in 14 months under the "Built to Suit" concept to fully meet the agency's needs.
The DM9DDB building is today a landmark on Brigadeiro Luiz Antônio Ave., a valued reurbanization icon in the region that offers great profitability for investors, as it became yet another successful enterprise conceived by Bueno Netto.
