Corporate Social Responsibility is based on ethical principles and seeks to establish quality relations among the diverse audiences with which it interacts, in other words, its employees, shareholders, suppliers, consumers, clients, community, society and the environment.

BUENO NETTO invests in the building of a healthy working environment which is favorable to the professional realization of people through educational benefits for qualification courses, graduation and post-graduation courses. In the health segment, the company offers its collaborators medical assistance and labor physician. Another internal staff awareness action is the recycling of waste products and the reuse of paper.

Associated to the Colméia (Hive) Movement - an NGO put together from an association of local inhabitants, users and impresarios from the district of Vila Olímpia - BUENO NETTO is one of the partners of the district's construction infrastructure remodeling and re-urbanization. Raul Cortez square is a tangible example of this partnership, and BUENO NETTO is responsible for the square's preservation and maintenance.

With a strong presence in the Environment area, the company has an exclusive program for Environment Area Investigation. The project aims at selecting potentially low-impact areas where local ground and water is evaluated for sizing the impact and the risk of future enterprises. Our preventive actions towards environment issues are fully analyzed by the company for sustainable construction focused on preserving the environment.
