PADDOCK Buldings

Focused on the demand for smaller commercial floors, around 400 m², but with an excellent location, Bueno Netto developed the Paddock I and II buildings.

Both located on Hungria St. With a view to the Jockey Club, their construction work offered extra challenges due to the small footprint of the land available for building in both cases. Along the banks of the Pinheiros River, and with just a 1,000m² plot in each case, both buildings were developed, each one with approximately 10,000 m² of built up area, and seventeen 418 m² floors and 5 basement garages.

The result, a bold vision by Architect Sérgio Assumpção, materialized into two elegant commercial buildings that stand out and beautify the region's landscape./
