The Nine Fernandes de Abreu Building

In 1998 Bueno Netto brought together a group of investors to acquire individual plots in order to form a large area in one of the most valued locations in São Paulo.

The result was the creation of a 5,200 m² space located between Brigadeiro Faria Lima Ave., Juscelino Kubischeck Ave. and Fernandes de Abreu St.

This strategy enabled the development of two important and profitable projects: The Nine Fernandes de Abreu Building and The Maria Cecília Lara Campos Building.

A very high standard residential enterprise with 40 apartments, 262 m² of private areas, 4 suites and 4 parking spots. 70% of its units were sold while still under construction.
